1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AURA Connect (“the Service”) at connectingaura.net you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit harmful or fraudulent content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems, or interfere with the operation of the Service.

4. SMS / messaging terms

Linking your phone number is optional. By doing so, you consent to receive text messages from AURA at the number you provide for the purpose of two-way conversational messaging with our Sage assistant.

  • Message frequency varies and is driven by your own usage of the service.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of further messages, HELP for support. Standard delivery and consent rules from your carrier apply.
  • We do not sell, share, or transfer mobile information to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Connected accounts

You may grant AURA access to third-party accounts (such as Google or Microsoft) to enable email, calendar, and contact features. We use that access only to provide the features you have enabled. You can revoke access at any time from within the Service or from the third-party provider.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AURA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the security or integrity of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
